Reimagining Block Management

Supa is rebuilding the UK's block management industry, combining local expertise with AI to create a smarter, more efficient way to manage homes.

England has around 5.8 million flats, yet the sector remains fragmented and reliant on legacy systems and manual processes. Supa is changing this by acquiring local managing agents, retaining their teams and relationships, and equipping them with its proprietary operating system to automate administration and improve service delivery. Founded by Calum Brannan and Alexis Johnson, who previously built Howsy before selling it to Dexters in 2022, Supa has acquired seven businesses covering approximately 20,000 homes in just 12 months.
